Application overview
Non-Material Amendment. The amendments include reductions to internal floor to ceiling heights and to parapet height. Removal of windows above the loading doors on Unit A with no mezzanine accommodation proposed. Removal of the external staircase serving Unit A and associated internal layout changes. Altered side return windows and doors on the offices and refinement of the fenestration details. Removal of internal windows overlooking the warehouse for Units A and B. Re-allocation of electric vehicle charging points and repositioning of bin store. Lowering of overall height of the building. Amendment to wording of Conditions 1 and 4.
