  1. Decision MadePL/16/2115

Ash Tree (G1) fell as described below by the tree surgeon. As discussed with Sarah Hanson, I have had a tree surgeon check the tree that Mr Sennet of 164 Westwood Road, believes has died as branches were falling off in to his property. The tree surgeon believes the tree has died from what he can see. He has advised that tree is leaning over towards the property in Westwood road and will require cutting down to ensure no damage is caused to their property. He has suggested that we leave a tall stump as cutting down to the base will be difficult on where the tree base is situated. Looking for permission to carry out this work.
