Tree is overhanging the public road at the front of my house at 3m height, my drive at 2m height and the neighbours front garden. Reduce the tree by 2.5m all around to raise it 5m above the public road, 3m above my drive, keep it 2m away from the front of my property, and remove the deadwood.

    The tree in question is covered by Tree Preservation Order 34/001Org no D1738a dated December 2001. It is identified by the reference T13 and is sited on the front garden of 33 Malvern Court. It's an Acer saccharinum. We would like to remove the dead wood and cross branches, and raise the crown to 3m. We think this would improve the health and appearance of the tree. We have consulted a local firm of tree surgeons, Arborfield Tree Care on an appropriate plan and we would ask them to undertake this work, if given approval to proceed.
