- Based on the information submitted, the proposed EV Chargers and supporting substation at The Cygnet Park on Phorpres Way is permitted development under the GDPO and the development does not require a specific grant of express planning permission from the local planning authority. The development would be lawful under Schedule 2, Part 2, Class E of the General Permitted Development Order 2015 (as amended).
