- Under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), the revised drawings listed below are acceptable as a non-material amendment to the development approved under planning permission reference 23/00734/REM. - Allotment Proposals GL2050 14F The non-material amendment as shown on the above drawings would permit an amendment as follows: - Fencing changed from 1.8m high galvanised palisade fencing (powder coated green) to 1.8m wire mesh fencing (powder coated green). - Reduction in the bound gravel pathway and realingment of the pitches. - Changes in the number of pitches and areas. The previous scheme provided a total of 29 plots (21no. 250m2, 4no. 251m2, 356m2, 304m2, 236m2 & 115m2). Attached scheme (Rev F) totals 33 plots (30no. 253m2, 256m2, 232m2 & 172m2) - Moving of the water points. Assessment Whilst the propsoal will reduce the extent of bound gravel pathways, it still maintains accessibility to all pitches and has resulted in a more efficient use of the space, allowing a greater number of pitches. All changes are considered acceptable and non-material when compared to the original scheme. Accordingly, Condition 1 of planning permission reference 23/00734/REM is hereby updated to read as below. This notice shall be appended to planning permission reference23/00734/REM and all other conditions attached there to remain in place and in force.
