Dear Sir/Madam, Permitted Development Notification Installation of 1 No. 9m Light Wooden Pole for Fixed Line Broadband Apparatus at High Street, Maxey, Peterborough, PE6 9EE Further to your notification received on 27 July 2026 in respect of the above development, the Local Planning Authority has reviewed the information submitted on behalf of British Telecommunications plc (BT) your reference WH5L0K4T, relating to the installation of 1 no. 9m light wooden pole at High Street, Maxey, PE6 9EE, as shown on the submitted pole plan. The Local Planning Authority is satisfied that the proposed works constitute permitted development by virtue of Part 16 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) and, as such, do not require the express grant of planning permission. Please note that this response constitutes informal advice only. Should you require a formal determination confirming the lawfulness of the proposed development, an application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for Proposed Development under Section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 should be submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
