Planning conditions
  1. Condition 6 (Artwork details) Prior to the occupation of the building to which the artwork relates, details of the artwork on the Proposed Elevations of Buildings 1, 2 and 3 shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the LPA. The details shall include the final design, colour, external finishes and materials to be used as well as a timetable for implementation. Once approved the artwork shall be implemented in accordance with the approved timetable. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity in accordance with Policy LP16 of the Peterborough Local Plan. Plans and documents submitted in support of the discharge of C6: - Panel Artwork - 2849-DTA-01-XX-DR-A-1550-C01_GA ELEV - 2849-DTA-02-XX-DR-A-1560-C01_GA ELE - 2849-DTA-03-XX-DR-A-1570-C01_GA ELEV Assessment: Having reviewed the submitted plan, the Officer agrees that the proposed details are acceptable and are in line with the Council's Local Plan policy LP16 and LP19. As such, the detail submitted is deemed acceptable for the Local Planning Authority to discharge the condition. For clarity the approved colour of the artwork is the Bronze finish as set out on page 13 on the 'Artwork Panel' document, and Background Option 2 as set out on page 11 of the 'Artwork Panel' document. Finally, the agreed timetable sets out that the artwork installation will be completed on all 3 buildings within 4 weeks from the first occupation of any building hereby approved. Conclusion: The details submitted relating to condition 6 are deemed acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the condition. Condition 6 is hereby discharged, subject to implementation in accordance with the approved details and timetable as set out above.
