- Re: Temporary Holiday Site THS983/2027 – Ferry Meadow Country Park Thank you for consulting Peterborough City Council regarding the above proposal. The Local Planning Authority has reviewed the information submitted and notes that the Camping and Caravanning Club is operating under the relevant exemption certificate provisions. Having regard to the temporary nature of the proposal, the limited duration of the event, the maximum number of units proposed and the existing recreational and camping use within Ferry Meadow Country Park, the Council has no planning objection to the proposed event. This response is provided without prejudice to any requirements under separate legislation and does not constitute a formal determination of permitted development rights.
