  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site location plan (Drawing number 25027/L (90.1) 01) No. 1 - 4 Existing elevations and block plan (Drawing number 25027/L01) No. 5 - 8 Existing elevations and block plan (Drawing number 25027/L02) No. 9 - 12 Existing elevations and blokc plan (Drawing number 25027/L03) No. 1 - 4 Proposed elevations and block plan (Drawing number 25027/PL01) No. 5 - 8 Proposed elevations and block plan (Drawing number 25027/PL02) No. 9 - 12 Proposed elevations and block plan (Drawing number 25027/PL03) Door sections (Drawing number 25027/PL04) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  3. The materials with which the doors shall be made shall be as those on the approved plans and planning application forms. The existing matching blue painted finish to the doors and the frames shall be retained. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policies LP16 and LP19 of the Preterborough Local Plan (2019), Section 72 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and the National Planning Policy Framework (2026).
  4. The doors shall be painted concurrently. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the Park Conservation Area, in accordance with Policy LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019), Section 72 (1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and the National Planning Policy Framework (2026).
