The dwellinghouses hereby approved shall not be occupied until the cycle parking facilities shown on Drawing No. 1268-TMV-ZZ-DR-A-003 Rev P2 have been provided and made available for use. The cycle parking facilities shall thereafter be retained and kept available for the parking of cycles associated with the development in perpetuity.
