- Under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), the revised drawings listed below are acceptable as a non material amendment to the development approved under planning permission reference 26/002142/HHFUL. -Proposed Site Plan/ Block Plan (Drawing Number: 02, Rev A) -Proposed Elevations (Drawing Number: 06, Rev A) The non-material amendment as shown on the above drawings would alter external wall roof profile to proposed single story side extension. The changes include raising the roof height to match the existing dwelling. Assessment Officers have reviewed the non material amendment and consider the revised roof design to have no significant impact on future neighbours’ amenity or the visual appearance of the extension. Owing to the modest scale of the works and the separation distance to neighbouring properties, the amendment is deemed acceptable. Accordingly, Condition 3 of planning permission reference 26/002142/HHFUL are hereby updated to read as below. This notice shall be appended to planning permission reference 26/002142/HHFUL and all other conditions attached there to remain in place and in force.
- The development shall be completed in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location Plan (Dated: February 2026) - Proposed Site Plan/Block Plan (Drawing Number: 02, Rev A) - Proposed Floor Plan (Drawing Number: 05) - Proposed Elevations (Drawing Number: 06, Rev A) Reason: To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt.
