  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site block plans and site location plans (Drawing number SKA UF GZ 08 00 02 Rev A00) Plans as existing (Drawing number SKA UF GZ 08 00 03 Rev A00) Plans as proposed (Drawing number SKA UF GZ 08 00 04 Rev A00) Elevations as existing (Drawing number SKA UF GZ 08 70 01 Rev A00) Elevations as proposed (Drawing number SKA UF GZ 08 70 02 Rev A00) Car port plans and elevations (Drawing numb er SKA UF GZ 08 90 01 Rev A00) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  3. Prior to above ground development, details of the treatment of the front boundary fence and gate and the weatherboarding for the car port shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be erected in accordance with the approved details and thereafter, it shall be retained and maintained as such in perpetuity. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the remainder of the development shall be as those on the approved plans. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policy LP16 of the Peterborough Local Pln (2019) and the NPPF (2024)
