- Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
- Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
- The works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location Plan - Plans and Elevations as Proposed 2009/P003 Rev B Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- All external pipes, vents and flues hereby permitted shall be constructed in metal and finished in matt black. Simultaneously with their installation, all existing redundant pipes, vents and flues proposed to be removed on dwg no. 2009/P003 Rev B shall be permanently removed and the affected areas made good. Reason: In order to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the Heritage Asset, in accordance with policy LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019), Section 20 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2026) and Sections 16 and 72 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended).
