Under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), the revised drawings listed below are acceptable as a non-material amendment to the development approved under planning permission reference 23/00488/FUL. - Location Plan, JDA/2022/820.LOCATION.001A, Rev B (dated May 2026) The non-material amendment as shown on the above drawing would amend the site location plan to omit an area on it which is not included in any other plans or conditions or forming part of the planning permission 23/00488/FUL. Assessment Officers have reviewed the non-material amendment. The amendment to the red edge boundary is not considered to have any material impact on the permission, and it is acknowledged that the original red edge site boundary included an additional piece of land (also in residential use as garden) in error. As amended it would align with all the other approved plans. Accordingly, Condition 2 of planning permission reference 23/00488/FUL are hereby updated to read as below. This notice shall be appended to planning permission reference 23/00488/FUL and all other conditions attached there to remain in place and in force.
