Decision NoticePlanning conditions
- Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
- The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
- The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Site Location Plan (10) (scale 1:1250) - Proposed Block Plan (12a) (scale 1:500) - Proposed Storage Containers (scale 1:5) - Proposed Drainage Details (dated: 28.07.26) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
- The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall be finished in Jupiter Green (RAL 6007) and be retained as such in perpetuity. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policy LP16 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Chapter 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
- Prior to the first operation, the drainage principles outlined in the submitted and approved drainage strategy (dated: 28.07.26) shall be implemented and retained throughout the lifetime of the development. Reason: To reduce the risk of flooding, in accordance with Policy LP32 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Chapter 14 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
