Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location and Block Plan, 001 Rev B Existing and Proposed Ground Floor Plan, 005 Rev A Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  3. The use hereby permitted shall take place only between the hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (excluding bank holidays), Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm. Reason: In order to protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy LP17 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Policy P3 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2026).
  4. The B2 workshop hereby permitted shall be used only for purposes ancillary to the sui generis (car showroom) use of the unit within which it is located. The workshop shall not be independently occupied, operated, leased, or used as a separate planning unit, and shall not be open to, or accept custom from, members of the public. Reason: To ensure that the workshop remains ancillary to the approved car showroom use and does not operate as an independent commercial premises, thereby safeguarding the availability of on-site parking and ensuring compliance with Policy LP13 of the Adopted Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Part 15 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2026).
  5. All work, repairs and servicing of vehicles shall take place within the workshop building only. Reason: In the interests of residential amenity in accordance with policy LP17 of the Peterborough Local Plan and Policy P3 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2026).
