Planning conditions
  1. Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
  2. Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
  3. The works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Proposed Plans & Elevations Front Elevation & Ground Floor Entrance Door Detail 26700-7084-MW10-PR-DT01 Rev A - Proposed Plans & Elevations Front Elevation & Ground Floor Entrance Door Detail 26700-7084-MW10-PR-DT02 Rev A - Location Plan Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  4. The materials to be used in the installation of the replacement doors of the works hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policy LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019), Section 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024)(2025 as amended) and Sections 66 and 72 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
