Planning conditions
  1. Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
  2. Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
  3. The works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Proposed Alterations to barn façade - Location Plan - Block Plan (18.08.2026) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  4. The materials to be used in the construction of the works hereby permitted shall be as follows: - Posts: Oak post, limestone saddles - Façade: Air-dried oak framing, horizontal oak cladding, slim black metal-framed glazed doors/screens - Rainwater goods: Galvanised Steel guttering - Fascia: Timber Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Section 16 Town and Country Planning Act (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) (1990), LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Section 20 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2026) as well as relevant Historic England guidance.
