Decision & conditions

Lawful
Decision- 08/07/2026
Planning conditions
  1. Having considered the submitted information, on the balance of probability, the existing HMO as shown on the submitted information provided, and the information contained within the Council's own records, would not exceed the relevant limitations set out in Schedule 2 Part 3 Class L of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). As such, a specific grant of express planning permission is not required from the local planning authority, and the existing use is lawful. In addition, having considered the submitted information for a dormer and single storey extension, it is considered that the development would not exceed the relevant limitations. As such, the development does not require planning permission and is therefore defined as lawful in accordance with Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A and Class B of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
