No development shall take place in respect of Units C, D or E until the applicant, their agents or their successors title have secured the implementation of a watching brief to be undertaken by an archaeologist and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority in order that the excavation may be observed and items of interest and finds recorded. Further information was received to address the gas membrane, and it was clarified that the Agent/Applicant wish to discharge this condition in relation to Unit E only. Officers considered this an acceptable approach to allow for partial discharge. The Environmental Health Officer reviewed submitted documents including the gas membrane document requested and raised no objection in relation to Unit E. It is therefore considered that the submitted information addresses the requirements of the condition in relation to Unit E only and would accord with LP33 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019).
