  1. A block plan is required with this application. The plan should be at an identified scale (ideally 1:200 or 1:500) show the direction of North and include a scale bar and or metric measurements. In addition to this the plan should show all buildings, roads and footpaths on land adjoining the site including access arrangements, all public rights of way crossing or adjoining the site (footpath, bridleway, restricted byway or byway open to all traffic, the position of all trees on the site, and those on adjacent land, the extent and type of any hard surfacing with any existing car parking and turning arrangements and any boundary treatment including walls or fencing.
  2. The plans provided unfortunately do not measure to scale and do not offer a scale to measure at. Drawings should be drawn to an appropriate scale, usually 1:100 and with a scale bar or metric measurements included. Please provide all plans in PDF Format and include a scale bar/metric measurements and at what scale to measure at. Please also add a drawing title on the plans (I.E Proposed Elevations)
