Planning conditions
  1. Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
  2. Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
  3. The works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location and Block Plan Proposed Siting of Charging Point (site plan) Proposed Elevation Ohme ePod data sheet -UK&IE Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  4. The colour finish of the box unit of the EV charger hereby permitted shall be off-white and retained as such for the duration of its use. When the charger is no longer required or becomes redundant, the unit shall be removed and the fixing point repaired to match the surrounding building fabric. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policy LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019), Section 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024)(2025 as amended) and Section 16 Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
