Planning conditions
- Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

- The recommendations within the Appendix 3 Exterior Plaster Preliminary Condition Survey and Recommendations and Appendix 2 Results of Architectural Paint Research shall be abided by. If due to the better understanding of the building or due to practical issues arising a different approach is required, details and justification shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details Reason: In order to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the heritage asset in accordance with Section 16(2) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended), Policy LP19 of the Peterborough Loal Plan (2019) and Chapter 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024)
