Condition 13 Parking Notwithstanding the approved plans, details of all on-site parking spaces shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Plan Authority prior to the first commencement of the use hereby permitted. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained for perpetuity. As such, the detail submitted is deemed acceptable for the Local Planning Authority to discharge the condition. Conclusion: The details submitted relating to condition 13 are deemed acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the condition. Condition 13 is hereby discharged, subject to implementation in accordance with the approved details.
