Planning conditions
  1. Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location Plan (Drawing Number: 13664-063-LP). - Block Plan (Drawing Number: 13664-063-BP). - Proposed Site Plan (Drawing Number: 13664-063-21 Rev A). - Plant Room Elevations (Drawing Number: 13664-063-26). - Jet Wash Plan and Elevations (Drawing Number: 13664-063-24 Rev A). Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  4. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the proposed development; hereby permitted shall match those outlined under drawing number 13664-063-24 A and 13664-063-26. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policy LP16 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Chapter 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
  5. Use of the jet wash shall only occur between 07.00hrs to 22.00hrs. The jet wash shall not be used outside of these specified times Reason: In order to protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy LP17 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and paragraph 198 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
  6. The rating level of noise emitted from the site shall not exceed 45dB LAeq, 1 hour between 07:00hrs and 22:00hrs. The noise levels shall be determined at the nearest noise sensitive premises. The measurements and assessment should be made according to BS:4142:2014. Reason: In order to protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy LP17 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and paragraph 198 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
