  1. Condition 3, Discharge (Stone Material) The condition states: - No development above ground level shall take place until samples of the (stone) to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In order to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the Heritage Asset in accordance with section 66(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended), Policy LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Chapter 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024) Approved documents: Sample of Clipsham Medwell Walling Assessment The proposed stone is considered to be the most appropriate stone which matches the existing stone. As such it is considered acceptable Conclusion The details submitted relating to condition 3 are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the respective part of the condition. Condition 3 is hereby discharged, subject to development being undertaken in strict accordance with the approved details.
