  1. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - GI Location 2026 Drawing Ref, AW-FENS-2026-01-JOS-GI-INITAL SCOPE GI LOCATION_A0_ AI - Application 14, Rev. A, dated 27/02/2026 - Borehole Typical Section, Rev P02 dated 05/04/24 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning.
  2. The boreholes shall be deommissioned and the land re-instated to its former condition no later than the end of April 2027. Reason: In order to reinstate the original use of the land as expected when the works comenced under Part 13 Class A(c) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order (GPDO) 2015.
