  1. Please provide closer up images of the roof to be repaired.
  2. Could you please provide sample images of the proposed materials to be used
  3. It would appear that a heritage statement is required as part of this application. A Heritage Statement should identify the significance of the heritage assets and their settings and the impact of the proposed development on that significance. Please refer to the City Council's website for further information and guidance.
  4. Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
  5. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Design and Access Statement Inc. Heritage Statement Location Plan Block Plan Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  6. All Collyweston removed shall be retained on site and only used in the repair of the main dwellings Collyweston roof. Reason: In order to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the heritage asset in accordance with Section 16(2) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended), Policy LP19 of the Peterborough Loal Plan (2019) and Chapter 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024)
