Condition 11 On completion of remediation for each individual plot, a closure report shall be submitted to, and approve in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The report shall provide verification that the required works regarding contamination have been carried out in accordance with the approved Method Statement(s). Post remediation sampling and monitoring results shall be included in the closure report. Reason: To provide verification that the required remediation has been carried out to appropriate standards and in accordance with Paragraphs 183-185 of the NPPF (2021) and Policy LP33 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019). As such, the detail submitted is deemed acceptable for the Local Planning Authority to discharge the condition. Conclusion: The details submitted for Plot 2 relating to condition 11 are deemed acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the condition. Condition 11 is hereby discharged for Plot 2, subject to implementation in accordance with the approved details.
