Planning conditions
  1. Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
  2. The works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Existing Floor Plans and Ordnance Survey 1475-01 Rev E - Proposed Floor Plans 1475-02 Rev H Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  3. The materials to be used in the construction of proposed works hereby permitted shall match those idenitified within the submitted Application Form and Design and Access Statement, Heritage Impact and Justification Statement Job no. 1475. Reason: In oder to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the Heritage Asset, in accordance with Policies LP16 and LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019), Sections 12 and 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024)(2025 as amended) and Sections 16 and 72 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended).
  4. Notwithstanding the submitted plans hereby approved, within 6 months following the re-opening of accesses at ground floor level, doors shall be inserted, the details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to their installation. The approved doors shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: In oder to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the Heritage Asset, in accordance with Policies LP16 and LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019), Sections 12 and 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024)(2025 as amended) and Sections 16 and 72 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended).
  5. Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
