The proposed change in wording would not materially alter the permitted development, there would be no visual difference to the permitted. Accordingly, Condition 3 of the original permission (ref. 25/01449/FUL.) is hereby amended to the following : Condition 3 The use hereby permitted shall take place only between the hours of: • 08:00–22:00 Monday to Friday; and • 08:00–18:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. During school term time the use between 08:00–17:00 Monday to Friday shall be limited to Stanground Academy for educational purposes only. Outside of school term time, the facility may be used by Stanground Academy and/or other users at any time within the approved hours stated above.
