An existing block plan is required with this application. The plan should be at an identified scale (ideally 1:200 or 1:500) show the direction of North and include a scale bar and or metric measurements. In addition to this the plan should show all buildings, roads and footpaths on land adjoining the site including access arrangements, all public rights of way crossing or adjoining the site (footpath, bridleway, restricted byway or byway open to all traffic, the position of all trees on the site, and those on adjacent land, the extent and type of any hard surfacing with any existing car parking and turning arrangements and any boundary treatment including walls or fencing.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept partial floor plans. Drawings must show the complete building, partial drawings are not acceptable. Please provide full existing and proposed floor plans
The proposal as submitted is in accordance with local and national planning policy and has been approved without amendment, in accordance with Paragraph 39 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024). Therefore, there was no need for the local authority to work with the applicant to seek solutions to problems arising in relation to dealing with the application.
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location Plan - Proposed Block Plan Rev A - Proposed Plans Rev A Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall be as per approved plans. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policy LP16 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Chapter 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
