The report concludes that the MCS 020(A) limit of 37dB LAeq5min shall not be exceeded at relevant receptor locations. The application has been supported by a site plan which confirms the locations of the Air Source Heat Pumps are all within the rear amenity spaces and not forward of the properties - this is acceptable. Conclusion: The details submitted relating to condition 7 are deemed acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the condition.
