Planning conditions
  1. Upon assessment of the plans submitted, the Local Planning Authority considers that the proposed development does not comply with the limitations and conditions set out under Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) and hereby consider that the proposal cannot be considered as 'prior approval' development under that legislation. A grant of full planning permission would be required from the Local Planning Authority. Specifically, this application does not meet the limitations set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A, A1 (J iii (ja)) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). The proposed extension cannot be considered under the prior approval application process as it does not comply with the criteria applicable to this type of development.
