The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location and Block Plan (Drawing Number: 10796 - 0024_02 Rev A). - Planning Site Layout (Drawing Number: 10796 - 0024_01-PL (Rev A). - Equipment Elevation (Drawing Number: 001_81 Rev A). - Lamppost – 3m (Drawing Number: 001_21 Rev D). - CCTV – Including Cabling Details (Underground) (Drawing Number: 001_59 Rev B). Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the equipment; hereby permitted shall match those shown in drawing numbers ‘001_81 Rev A’ and ‘001_59 Rev A. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policy LP16 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Chapter 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
