Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: • Location Plan (Dated 09.03.26) • Block Plan (Dated 29.04.26) • Proposed Site Layout (Received 01.05.26) • Fixing Plate 'Rapide Fix' (Received 17.02.26) • Method of Attachment 'Guirlande E27'(Received 17.02.26) • Lighting Details 'Ampoule Lot De 5' (Received 17.02.26) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  3. The lighting shall not exceed the obtrusive light limits specified for environmental zone E3 in the Institution of Lighting Professionals document Guidance Note 01:21, The Reduction of Obtrusive Light. The lighting colour shall remain as warm white lighting only, and for no other colour, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and remain in perpetuity. Reason: In order to protect the amenity of local residents from adverse glare, in accordance with Policy LP17 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
  4. The materials to be used in the erection of festoon lighting hereby permitted shall comprise of black cabling. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policy LP16 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019)and Chapter 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
  5. Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
