Planning conditions
  1. Condition 21: Within 6 months of the date of decision, elevational details and location of the cricket shelter must be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The shelter shall constructed and available for us prior to the commencement of use of the pavilion. Reason: In the interest of visual cohesion and ensuring the adequate provision for facilities, in accordance with Policy LP16 & LP23 of the Peterborough Local Plan 2019. Plans and documents submitted in support of the discharge of C21: - Cricket Shelter Plans and Elevations - 145-BBA-00-ZZ-DR-A-02117-P1 -Cricket Shelter Site Plan - 145-BBA-00-ZZ-DR-A-01005-P4 Assessment: The proposed cricket shelter is reflective of similar shelters supported by Sport England previously. Sport England raise no objection to condition C21 being discharged. England Cricket Board were consulted on the proposals and have not provided any comments. Having reviewed the submitted plan, the Officer agrees with Sport England that the proposed details are acceptable. Conclusion: The details submitted relating to condition 21 are deemed acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the condition. Condition 21 is hereby discharged, subject to implementation in accordance with the approved details.
