Planning conditions
  1. Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Revised Proposed Block, Floor and Elevation Plan, H10005/201A Location, Existing Floor and Elevation Plan, H10005/200 Revised Planning Statement, received 01.06.2026 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  3. The windows herby approved for removal for alterations shall be refitted within 3 months of their removal. Reason: In order to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the Heritage Asset in accordance with section 16(2) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended), Policy LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Chapter 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
