  1. Planning permission is hereby granted for a temporary period between 11 June 2026 and 19 July 2026, after which the use shall cease and all associated equipment and structures be removed from the site Reason: To define the permission and for the avoidance of doubt
  2. Subject to the events timetable approved under condition 3, the use shall only be carried out between the hours of 09:00 and 01:00 Reason: In order to protect the residential amenity of the occupiers of nearby dwellings in accordance with Local Plan Policy LP17 and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework 2024.
  3. No later than 28 days prior to the commencement of the use, an events timetable shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The timetable shall include the full details and timings of all proposed football matches or other events proposed to be screened as well as any other proposed organised events at the site including amplified or non amplified music. Notwithstanding condition 2, the use shall be carried out in strict accordance with the approved events timetable and no additional organised events that are not included in the approved timetable shall be carried out Reason: In order to protect the residential amenity of the occupiers of nearby dwellings in accordance with Local Plan Policy LP17 and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework 2024.
  4. No later than 28 days prior to the commencement of the use, a noise assessment, and a Noise Management Plan (NMP), carried out by a suitability qualified acoustician (SQA), shall be submitted for approval by the Local Planning Authority demonstrating the music noise levels shall not exceed the accepted limits. The NMP shall also include details of how noise levels will be monitored and controlled during events (by an SQA), and how the operator will take and respond to complaints. The use shall be carried out in full accordance with the agreed NMP. Noise measurements to demonstrate compliance shall be carried out in accordance with the Code of Practice on Environment Noise Control at Concerts and shall be made available to the Council on request and in any event within no more than 7 days of the request. Reason: In order to protect the residential amenity of the occupiers of nearby dwellings in accordance with Local Plan Policy LP17 and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework 2024.
  5. Notwithstanding the submitted plans, no later than 28 days prior to the commencement of the use, full details, including the dimensions and specification of all equipment to be installed on site shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. Details must include the, fencing, screen and stage. The use shall be carried out in full accordance with the agreed details. Reason: In order to protect the residential amenity of the occupiers of nearby dwellings in accordance with Local Plan Policy LP17 and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework 2024.
