  2. Having checked your location plan provided, please amend the red edge slightly to include the front of the site (at this moment it has not been red edged). It may also be helpful to make the red edge more prominent
  3. A block plan is required with this application. The plan should be at an identified scale (ideally 1:200 or 1:500) show the direction of North and include a scale bar and or metric measurements. In addition to this the plan should show all buildings, roads and footpaths on land adjoining the site including access arrangements, all public rights of way crossing or adjoining the site (footpath, bridleway, restricted byway or byway open to all traffic, the position of all trees on the site, and those on adjacent land, the extent and type of any hard surfacing with any existing car parking and turning arrangements and any boundary treatment including walls or fencing.
  4. Please amend the floor plans provided to add a scale bar to these plans, measureable at a scale of 1:100
