Prior to their use, details of the gate and walling shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In order to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the Locally Listed Building and Conservation Area, in accordance with Policies LP16 and LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and the Peterborough Design and Development in Selected Villages SPD (2011).
The trees indicated as to be retained, as shown on 'Tree Constraints' plan received on 28 October 2021, shall be adequately fenced, as per British Standard (BS) 5837:2012 'Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction - Recommendations' (or any British Standard that replaces that Standard in part or whole and with or without modification). The fencing shall be inspected by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development, and development shall not commence until the Authority is satisfied that the trees are adequately protected. No work shall take place, and the ground level shall not be altered within the fenced areas without the prior written consent of the Planning Authority. No materials shall be stored within the fenced areas at any time. Reason: In order to protect and safeguard the amenities of the area, in accordance with Policies LP16 and LP29 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019).
