  1. Condition 24 - Detailed technical drawings No development shall take place unless and until detailed technical drawings for the proposed left-turn only restriction from Hampton Avenue at its junction with the A15 London Road, and any associated statutory undertaker's diversions, have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. None of the buildings hereby approved shall be brought into use until the approved scheme has been implemented. Reason: In the interests of the safety and convenience of users of the local highway network and in order to avoid any severe residual impacts on the highway network, in accordance with Policy LP13 of the Adopted Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and paragraph 115 of the National Planning Policy Framework (December 2023). Plans and documents submitted in support of the discharge of C24: - Topographical Survey - 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-0001-P05 - Junction Topographical Survey - 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-0002-P03 - S278 Plan 2 Extent of Works (Sheet 2o2f) – 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-0051-P06 - Junction Engineering Layout - 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-0101-P06 - Site Clearance - 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-0201-P04 - Existing Drainage and Catchment Plan - 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-0511-P03 - Externals and Kerbing Layout 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-0701-P06 - External Construction Details - 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-0720-P06 - Signage and Roadmarkings Layout 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-1201-P07 - Utility Layout - 600660-HEX-XX-XX-DR-C-1301-P04 Assessment: Having reviewed the submitted plan, the Officer agrees with the Local Highway Authority that the proposed details are acceptable and are in line with the Council's Local Plan policy LP13. As such, the detail submitted is deemed acceptable for the Local Planning Authority to discharge the condition. IMPORTANT NOTE: It should be noted that these details have been discharged for planning purposes only in relation to C24, however further details are required for the purposes of the Section 278 Highways Agreement (under the Highways Act 1980). Conclusion: The details submitted relating to condition C24 are deemed acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the condition. Condition C24 is hereby discharged, but as noted above the Section 278 Highway Agreement will be required and agreed.
