Planning conditions
  1. The proposal is unacceptable having been assessed in light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan and for the specific reasons given below.
  2. The proposal fails to provide any on site parking to serve the commercial use. As a consequence, overspill parking onto Midland Road and Mayors Walk both of which are already constrained by parking restrictions, would result in unsafe vehicle manoeuvring and pose an unacceptable risk to users of the adjoining public highway. This is contrary to Policy LP13 of the Adopted Peterborough Local Plan (2019)
