No demolition/development shall take place unless in complete accordance with the approved scheme. The approved scheme shall be implemented in full including any post development requirements e.g. archiving and submission of final reports. Historic England made no comment on this application. The submitted Written Scheme of Investigation (received 02.02.2026) is acceptable, and a partial discharge is provided to allow these works to be undertaken on site. Condition C24 can only be fully discharged upon receipt of a further discharge of conditions application following the completion of the agreed fieldwork, reporting and archiving. Condition 24 is partially discharged. Conclusion: Subject to satisfactory implementation on site this condition is hereby partially discharged.
