Following consideration of the requirements, the proposal is in accordance with of Class B of Part 11 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). The prior approval of the Local Planning Authority is not required and the development may be commenced subject to the following conditions:

The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following details submitted: - Application Form - Demolition Plan, D001 Reason: In accordance with Class B B.2(viii)(bb) of Part 11 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
  3. The development shall be carried out within a period of five years from 26th January 2025. Reason: In accordance with the requirements of Class B B.2(ix)(bb) of Part 11 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
