- The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted details: - Location Plan 22602 0100 - dwg no. AR073-IE-GL-07-P1 (panels and roof plan) Reason: For the development to accord with Class J of Part 14 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
- The solar PV equipment shall be removed as soon as reasonably possible when no longer required. Reason: For the development to accord with paragraph J.4 b) of Class J of Part 14 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
- Upon assessment of the submitted information, it is considered that the proposal for a Solar PV equipment installation to the site would not result in any unacceptable impacts to the external appearance of the site and the surrounding area, in particular the impact of glare on occupiers of neighbouring land. Further to consultation with surrounding neighbours of the site, no objections have been received in respect of the proposed development. In accordance with Class J of Part 14 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 as amended, the prior approval from the Local Planning Authority is not required. The development may commence subject to compliance with the following conditions:
