Planning conditions
  1. The use hereby permitted shall take place only between the hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (excluding bank holidays), Saturdays 9am to 1pm. Reason: In order to protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy LP17 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and paragraph 198 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location and Block Plan, 001 Existing and Proposed Ground Floor Plan, 005 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  4. All work, repairs and servicing of vehicles shall take place within the workshop building only. Reason: In the interests of residential amenity in accordance with policy LP17 of the Peterborough Local Plan
  5. Prior to the first occupation or commencement of use, details of an enclosed and secure cycle shelter to accommodate cycles shall be submitted and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. This area shall thereafter be retained for the purposes of cycle parking in connection with the development in perpetuity. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to encourage travel by sustainable modes, in accordance with Policy LP13 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Paragraph 115 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2024.
