Planning conditions
  1. Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
  2. The works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Proposed Ground & First Floor plans 007 Rev B - Proposed Elevations & Sections 008 - Existing Location and block plan 001 Rev A - Existing and Proposed Listed Building Consent Details 009 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  3. No development other than groundworks and foundations shall take place unless and until details of the zinc cladding to be used has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In order to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the Heritage Asset, in accordance with Policies LP16 and LP19 o the Peterborough Local Plan (2019), Sections 12 and 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024)(2025 as amended) and Sections 16 and 72 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended).
  4. Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
