  1. Subject to the imposition of the attached conditions, the proposal is acceptable having been assessed in the light of all material considerations, including weighing against relevant policies of the development plan.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed site plan- 2025-42-WD-003 Location plan - 2025-42-WD-001 Proposed elevations- 2025-42-005-P01 Specification- PUMP-P200YKM Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  4. The installation must comply with either the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) 020 or the updated Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) 020(a) standard. Reason: In order to protect the amenities of neighbouring occupants, in accordance with Policy LP17 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and paragraph 135(f) of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
