Under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), the revised drawings listed below are acceptable as a non-material amendment to the development approved under planning permission reference 19/00272/OUT. - Parameter Plan, P16-0761_006 Sheet No: 01 Rev: F (submitted 27.03.26) - Land Use Plan - Open Space Provision, P16_0761_011 Sheet No: 2 Rev: E (submitted 27.03.26) The non-material amendment as shown on the above drawings reflect the evolution of the scheme and will provide a greater primary vehicular access corridor and amendments to the overall layout of the site, including repositioning of the local centre and one of the children’s play areas. Assessment Officers have reviewed the non-material amendment and are satisfied that it does not prejudice the scope of the outline approval and future reserved matters applications. The amendments reflect the natural progression of the scheme since the granting of the outline approval and do not materially alter the approved principles. Accordingly, Conditions 5 and 35 of planning permission reference 19/00272/OUT are hereby updated to read as below.
